Here are a few things we need your help with:

Team Lead

Team Lead is in charge of, well, leading a small team of accounting ninjas. Their most important job is to defend and protect their team to allow them to produce the best work. The team lead will also act as a teacher to their team members when it comes to educating the ninjas on various accounting topics. Finally, the team lead is responsible for completing their share of accounting tasks and assist their controller in delivering actionable business insights to our customers.

Architect

Architect is an experienced accounting ninja who’ve moved from the monthly accounting work to the design and build phase of the outsourced accounting process. The architect’s job is three folds. First, understand and document the customer’s existing accounting structure. Second, configure our outsourced accounting model to fit the customer’s business operation. Last, make the transition. An architect’s job is important because they are helping our customers go through one of the bigger moves in their business.

Accounting Ninja

Accounting ninja is the foundation of DeepSky and the core that makes what we provide our customers possible. An accounting ninja is charged with tasks of completing most of the accounting work in a customer’s day to day operation. They are most intimate with the details of our customer’s operation and will be the first to notice any anomalies and changes. An accounting ninja can become specialized in a variety of accounting processes, systems, and industries.

Accounting Apprentice (Unpaid Internship)

Accounting apprentice is a ninja in training who have acquired academic knowledge through their years in an higher education institution. At DeepSky, they will learn through practice and real world work in order to sharpen their skills to become an accounting ninja. During these times, an apprentice may also discover their passion and focus for a specific accounting process, system, and/or industry to further sharpen their skills to become a champion in.

Sales Executive

Sales executive is our champion listener. They are charged with understanding our prospective customer’s needs and wants and then seeing if it’s a match with what DeepSky is really good at. Our sales executive strives to build long lasting relationships with our customers even after the sale, care about our customer’s success, and are passionate about entrepreneurship. It is not uncommon for our sales executive to pass on prospective customers to a fellow CPA or even competitors if we’ve determined that they are a better fit.

PR & Marketing Intern (Unpaid Internship)

PR & marketing intern tells the DeepSky story to the world of entrepreneurs through whichever medium they are passionate about. Be it writing, social media, events, public relations, graphic design, digital marketing, or a combination of creative outlets. The options are endless but the goal is aligned. To help entrepreneurs identify their issues with numbers and then educating them on the different options to solve that problem. Our marketing intern will take full ownership of the projects they decide to take on and be working closely with and learning from our customers and creative partners.
