Tax Compliance and Planning.

DeepSky is not a CPA firm and we don’t do taxes. Your Outsourced Accounting Department does, however, provide your tax CPA with accurate and up-to-date numbers so they can focus on preparing your return (what they are good at) and not on cleaning up data, bookkeeping or accounting.

Why? Because tax regulations are complex (federal, state, city) and constantly changing. There are CPAs and accountants who have dedicated themselves to focus in that area, but it was never the vision and purpose of DeepSky. If your current tax accountant sucks – we know a few amazing tax firms who we work closely with and can introduce you. If your current tax accountant rocks – we can work with them too.
